Process


➡ Everything We'll do Together!



  • • The Message
    • Answer the questionnaire on the Contact page and we will schedule a call, text, or Zoom call, depending on your preferences, to review your answers in detail. I'll also answer any questions you have. Feel free to tell me additional info about your goals!


  • • The Proposal and Contract
    • You'll receive a proposal that outlines how I'll address your needs. Let me know what you think and I will keep in mind any changes you've suggested going forward. At this time, you'll also receive a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Once you electronically sign the contract and pay, the project will begin!


    Please Note: a 50% Deposit is Required to Start; the Rest is Due after the Project is Completed


  • • The Moodboard
    • To begin our journey together, I'll need one more thing from you, a moodboard! You'll send me a collage of images that fit the aesthetic of your ideal brand so that I have an idea while I'm brainstorming designs.


  • • The Logo Process
    • Now with the mood board on board; we will move on to the logo, color palette, and fonts; My favorite part!


  • • The Feedback
    • Next, I'll add changes to the logo if needed. Then, I'll design 2 alternatives to it, meaning the secondary and sub-mark logos; read the package below on why they're important. Then, I'll make changes if needed. I won't design the secondary logo until I receive feedback for the first and everything is good to go!


    Please Note: You're Allowed up to 3 Revisions for Each Logo


  • • The 3 Marketing Materials
    • Now, we'll work on materials of your choosing. They're marketing items to help promote your business. Ex. Business cards, envelopes, etc.


  • • The Feedback times 3
    • Once again, you'll have the opportunity to suggest changes one after another.


    Again, You're Allowed up to 3 Revisions for Each Item.


  • • The 5 Social Media Story Highlight Covers
    • Lastly, you'll have 5 story highlight covers for your Instagram and/or Facebook


  • • The Feedback times 3
    • Once again, revisions time!

  • • The Delivery
    • Now that everything has been revised and approved, I'll put it all together in a brand-style guide so that you'll have it all in one place. The guide will also include information on the best way to use your designs. Enjoy!

  • • I only need 1 or 2 marketing designs. Will that shorten the deadline?

    • Yes, it will shorten the deadline by 1 week.


  • • If I don't want the bonus story covers, will that shorten the deadline?

    • Yes, it will shorten the deadlined by 1 week.


  • • What will be on the brand style guide?

    • In the guide, I'll explain the uses of the files I sent you and what format to use given the circumstances, like using the PDF file for printing out designs. I'll also give you other color palettes that will work for your brand, the recommended tone of voice to use when marketing your brand, the best ways to use your logos and more. I know it's a lot of information but it will be easy to follow, it will even come with a tablet of contents!


  • • What if I don't want to follow the brand style guide or don't like all of the recommendations?

    • After I send you your design files, I'll go over the guide with you. There, you can share any concerns you have and I'll explain my suggestions to better your understanding.


  • • What methods of payment do you accept?

    • I accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Hi, my name's Edyline Espaillat and I create dreams for people through branding. Designing was something I've wanted to do ever since I was seven years old. The only thing is, I didn't know what it was during that time. But I used to love taking the train with my mom and observing all the advertisements around me and wondering how they were able to make them. It blew my mind and I remember wanting to learn how to make crazy pictures for companies one day. I didn't learn what it was until I was 13 when I had to complete a project for my algebra class on money. I had to choose a career I was interested in, calculate how much I would earn per year and manage my monthly living expenses. Naturally, I founded this career and fell in love with it ever since.

What made me want to specialize in branding was when I went to college and I had a project in which I had to design my brand. I loved the process and that's when I knew I wanted to do this for other creative people. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts at Southern New Hampshire University in 2017; ever since then, I have been helping people like you achieve their dreams to the fullest capacity. Nothing brings me more joy than to hear or read how happy my clients are with my designs, there's no other feeling in the world. In the future, I'd like to try motion graphics because it looks fun and challenging. So stay tuned for that! When I'm not designing, I like to sing karaoke. I even bought a karaoke microphone and a professional one within the same year. I also love to DIY everything I own. And if you haven't noticed already, I really love birds!
